As a parent, the worst thing is to see your child experiencing stress, therefore, teaching them how to embrace mindfulness can go a long way to helping them live a happier and more peaceful life, raising them to be confident, compassionate and calmer adults.


Mindfulness can help children understand their feelings, it gives them  the tools to focus their minds, calm down and reflect on a situation when they need to make a choice. It develops loving kindness to themselves and others.


Paula and her team introduce mindfulness to children as young as 4 years of age using arts & crafts based activities as a way to

engage the children. In a play-school session that is fun, engaging, imaginative and social.
